WashaHost Limited – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which WashaHost Limited provides refunds for its hosting and related services. By purchasing any service from WashaHost Limited, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The client requests a refund within the specified refund period after purchasing an eligible service.
- The service purchased has not been fully delivered or activated.
- There is a proven technical failure on the part of WashaHost Limited that prevents the service from being provided as agreed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once purchased or activated:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers.
- Third-party software licenses.
- Setup or installation fees.
- Custom development or configuration services.
- Any service that has already been fully delivered or used.
- Services purchased at a discounted, promotional, or special offer price once the client has activated or used the service.
4. Discounted and Promotional Services
Services purchased at a discounted, promotional, or special offer price are provided under specific terms. Once the client activates, accesses, or uses the service, no refund will be issued, as the discount represents a special pricing arrangement offered by WashaHost Limited.
In addition, services discounted by more than 50% of the total package price are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the service has been activated, accessed, or used.
5. Refund Request Period
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the initial service purchase for eligible services that have not been activated or used. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to WashaHost Limited through the official support channel or email. The request should include:
- The client’s name or account details.
- The service purchased.
- The reason for the refund request.
WashaHost Limited will review the request and may request additional information if necessary.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Service Suspension or Termination
If a refund is issued, WashaHost Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated service immediately, and all related data may be removed from the system.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to refunds or services, the parties are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Rwanda in accordance with applicable laws.

WashaHost Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
11. Refund Approval Rights
WashaHost Limited reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request based on the circumstances of the service provided and the operational costs incurred in delivering the service. Refund decisions may consider factors such as service usage, resources allocated, technical work performed, and any costs already incurred in providing the service.
